Abstract

The occurrence of a sterile red fungus in the roots of wheat (Triticum aestivum) and rye-grass (Lolium rigidum) and its effect on the hosts in the presence and absence of the take-all fungus (Gaeumannomyces graminis var. tritici) was investigated.
