Abstract

Dialysis access steal syndrome (DASS) is a phenomenon known to occur following creation of an arteriovenous fistula or arteriovenous graft. The clinical presentation of DASS is characterized by symptoms of limb ischemia due to diversion of arterial flow from the distal extremity.
