There was significant improvement in parents' satisfaction grades (P < 0.001). All the patients had different degrees of penile edema after the operation. Most of the penile edema subsided about four weeks after the operation. No other complications occurred. No obvious penile retraction was found twelve weeks postoperative.Conclusion: The modified Devine's technique was safe and effective. Abstract

Purpose: This study aimed to observe the clinical effect of modified Devine's surgical technique in the treatment of concealed penis.

Materials and methods: From July 2015 to September 2020, fifty-six children with concealed penis were treated with modified Devine's technique. 改良Devine手术技术治疗隐匿性阴茎的临床研究。

目的:观察改良迪瓦恩手术技术治疗隐匿性阴茎的临床效果。材料与方法:对2015年7月~ 2020年9月56例隐匿性阴茎患儿采用改良迪瓦恩手法治疗。术前、术后记录阴茎长度及满意度评分，确认手术效果。术后1周、4周随访阴茎出血、感染、水肿情况。术后12周，我们测量阴茎长度，观察是否有回缩。结果:阴茎长度有效延长(P < 0.001)。家长满意度评分有显著提高(P < 0.001)。所有患者术后均有不同程度的阴茎水肿。术后4周左右，大部分阴茎水肿消退。无其他并发症发生。术后12周未见明显阴茎回缩。结论:改良的Devine技术安全有效。作为治疗隐匿性阴茎的一种方法，值得临床广泛应用。
