Anti-obesity effects of yuja (Citrus junos Sieb ex Tanaka) pomace extract fermented with lactic acid bacteria on the hepatocytes and epididymal fat tissue of rats

Abstract

This study investigated the anti-obesity effects of yuja pomace extract fermented with lactic acid bacteria in rats with high-fat diet-induced obesity over a period of eight weeks. 乳酸菌发酵玉子渣提取物对大鼠肝细胞和附睾脂肪组织的抗肥胖作用
本研究以乳酸菌发酵的玉子果渣提取物为研究对象,观察其对高脂饮食性肥胖大鼠8周的抗肥胖作用。乳酸菌发酵鱼子渣提取物处理组与对照组相比,附睾脂肪细胞大小显著减小,约33%。电镜观察肝细胞微结构显示,肝细胞内脂滴数量较少,线粒体数量较多,嵴明显,粗面内质网发育良好,池池和核糖体堆积。由此可见,乳酸菌发酵的玉子渣提取物通过影响体重和脂质积累,具有防治肥胖的作用。
