Rapid and accurate diagnosis, as well as timely and appropriate treatment, are crucial for improving clinical outcomes. This consensus aims to comprehensively evaluate the critical state of patients with hemorrhagic disease from multiple perspectives, such as laboratory, radiographic, and ultrasound examinations.
