Conducting a hair study in order to identify the fact of the use of psychoactive substances will increase the reliability of analytical diagnostics and reduce the likelihood of false positive results of the analysis. 摘要

本综述的目的是研究免疫层析法在实验室诊断初期几种药物(美贝弗林、苯尼布特、托品酰胺、雷米普利、美托洛尔、苯肾上腺素、舍曲林、氯吡敏、苯海拉明)交叉反应的原因,并提出一种可能的解决方法。进行头发研究以查明使用精神活性物质的事实,将提高分析诊断的可靠性,并减少分析产生假阳性结果的可能性。使用经过验证的头发酶解方法将消除由于检测有毒物质的天然分子而导致的不可靠分析结果,提高诊断程序的效率和准确性。
