摘要

摘要本研究的问题与财务员工的低绩效有关,这种低绩效表现为吸收能力低,从而影响绩效成就和组织的可持续性。本研究的目的是描述和分析财务员工的绩效设计,分析会计信息系统对财务绩效的影响。研究结果表明:(1)会计信息系统被纳入有效范畴,用户满意度因子的贡献最大;(2)财务人员绩效处于高水平,任务绩效因素的贡献最大;(3)会计信息系统对财务人员绩效有显著的正向影响
