Many companies want to use smart transportation systems. Mobile apps, wireless communication, bar code, and other technologies are extensively employed in warehouse management as a result of the continual development and use of information technology in the logistics industry. The purpose of this paper is to implement a system to manage the warehouse and planning transportation for wheat flour in order to make the current system more functional and well-structured by using optimization algorithms to improve the working process. To get the requirement of the system, the author collects relevant data from users through interviews and observations, then analyzes and designs using UML. The system had been tested by the employee such as IT staff, Logistic staff, Warehousing staff, and Quality control staff.
