By adopting an approach that makes people more worthy, the idea that educated people can be more effective in industry became popular. This idea began to spread in the Ottoman Empire with The Edict of Gulhane. The developments in the West in areas such as education and law were taken into consideration and tried to be implemented. The aim of this study is to examine the Ottoman books written about the children’s education and their legal status and to study this in the context of repositioning of the child in the society. In this study, which was structured with a qualitative approach, document analysis method was used; the data obtained were analyzed using content analysis method. The findings were examined under three categories: education, game and child law. In the books reviewed, it was found that they included information on the importance of positive sciences, the superiority of reasoning, questioning and concretization of knowledge, the importance of the game, the adoption of the game-based education approach and the reorganization of the legal rights of the children; in the light of this information, repositioning of the child in the society was discussed. The foundation of the reforms made during the republic period dates back to the pre-republic era. Uncovering the works telling us about this period and making them available in the Turkish language are important to be able to witness that period. 始于欧洲工业革命的发展带来了新的发明和发现;在教育、法律和实证科学方面也取得了进展。通过采用一种使人更有价值的方法,受过教育的人可以在工业中更有效的想法变得流行起来。随着《古尔哈恩敕令》的颁布,这一思想开始在奥斯曼帝国传播开来。考虑到西方在教育和法律等领域的发展,并试图加以实施。本研究的目的是研究关于儿童教育及其法律地位的奥斯曼书籍,并在儿童在社会中重新定位的背景下进行研究。本研究采用定性方法,采用文献分析法;采用内容分析法对所得数据进行分析。调查结果分为三类:教育、游戏和儿童法。在审查的书籍中,发现它们包括关于实证科学的重要性,推理的优越性,知识的质疑和具体化,游戏的重要性,采用基于游戏的教育方法和重新组织儿童的法律权利的信息;根据这些信息,讨论了儿童在社会中的重新定位。民国时期改革的基础可以追溯到前民国时期。发掘这些告诉我们这一时期的作品,并将它们翻译成土耳其语,这对见证这一时期非常重要。因此,建议增加这一领域的研究数量。
