摘要

本文对直流交联聚乙烯(XLPE)电缆进行了电导率试验、击穿特性试验和空间电荷试验。研究了交联聚乙烯材料在直流电场作用下的绝缘特性,提出了直流交联聚乙烯电缆绝缘综合评价体系。结果表明,直流交联聚乙烯绝缘的电导率对工作温度和场强的变化更为敏感。随着温度的升高,交联聚乙烯的击穿强度逐渐降低。由于直流电场中空间电荷的存在,使得交联聚乙烯绝缘存在明显的电场畸变。温度越高,电场的畸变越大,通过纳米改性可以进行非常缓慢的改性。
