The results show that there are obvious differences between the innovation ability of the Yangtze River Delta Economic Belt and the innovation ability of three provinces and one city, and the industrial development is in a state of moderate imbalance. 摘要

为了评价长三角高技术产业的创新能力,本文选取三省一市的相关数据,从创新投入能力、创新产出能力和创新环境能力三个方面构建了评价指标体系,并采用熵权topsis法进行评价。结果表明:长三角经济带的创新能力与三省一市的创新能力存在明显差异,产业发展处于中等失衡状态;研究表明,长三角经济带高技术产业需要进一步加强产业合作与共享,实现创新资源优势互补,促进产业结构优化升级,提升长三角高技术产业创新能力。
