摘要

在大型多辊转台轴承有限元分析中,为了避免模型的高度非线性,通常采用杆元来代替滚子与滚道之间的接触关系。因此,确定杆件接触变形与接触力之间的关系是建立正确的大型多辊有限元模型的关键。本文基于赫兹接触理论,分析了滚动体接触变形参数的影响,在对材料进行单辊挤压塑性变形模型的基础上,提取了滚动体接触变形与接触曲线之间的关系;将解析解与Hertz接触理论进行比较,结果表明,考虑塑性变形的有限元模型能较好地反映滚动体接触过程中的塑性变形,接触变形与接触压力曲线之间的关系表现出较强的非线性。
