摘要

本研究将改进的层次分析法与模糊评价相结合,进行选址决策。具体而言,首先引入了一种新的改进的模糊层次分析法,将传统的评价尺度从1-9改为0-2,方便专家对指标体系进行评分,然后对海通港零部件中心选址进行了实证分析,最后证明了评价指标体系的可行性和有效性。
