This paper carries out an analysis of applicability of the decision feedback equalizer (DFE) for multi-user detection in multiple antennas commercial TDMA standards: IS-136 and GSM/EDGE. The principal feature of the studied algorithm is a feedback connection among all detected users. The algorithm is implemented using indirect reduced-order adaptation and bootstrap processing.
