Some discourses should be discussed in order to present thoughts, theories or policies friendly to women’s right and to avoid  inequality in gender. The most interesting issue relate to theological framework. Religious text is often claimed to be one source of women discrimination and gender inequality. Some stories in religious text (al Quran) such as story of creation of Adam and Hawa and story of Maryam contain ideas that woman is a second human and that she gets subordination and injustice treatment. Actually, there are lot of researches about story of Quran (qashash al Quran), but they often stuck on the historical and chronological discussion. They forget some values behind those stories especially stories about women. Women as main figure surely has a special role to show the main value for women justice and equal right. The main cause of those discriminative interpretaion is that; most of Quranic interpreters are man, therefore, the result of interpretion is not considering women’s right. And the other cause is the use of israiliyyat stories which often blame and underestimate women’s position. 摘要

无论是从经济、社会、教育还是神学的角度,关于女性和女性的一切都是值得讨论的。为了提出对妇女友好的思想、理论或政策,为了避免Â性别不平等,应该讨论一些话语。最有趣的问题与神学框架有关。宗教文本经常被认为是妇女歧视和性别不平等的根源之一。宗教文本(古兰经)中的一些故事,如亚当和哈瓦的创造故事和玛丽亚姆的故事,包含了女人是第二个人的想法,她受到了从属和不公正的待遇。事实上,关于《古兰经》故事的研究有很多,但往往停留在历史和年代的讨论上。他们忘记了这些故事背后的一些价值观,尤其是关于女性的故事。妇女作为主要人物,在体现妇女正义和平等权利的主要价值方面,必然具有特殊的作用。造成这些歧视性解释的主要原因是;大多数《古兰经》的诠释者是男性,因此,解读的结果并没有考虑到女性的权利。另一个原因是使用以色列式的故事,这些故事经常指责和低估女性的地位。因此,我们需要对古兰经中的故事,特别是关于女性的故事,提出新的解释,我们希望这种新的解释能够giveÂ新的toughtsÂ和妇女正义和平等权利的政策。
