The population of this study is 30 employees and using saturated samples technique, because all members of the population used as samples. A questionnaire consisting of items statement about training, motivation and employee performance using data collection techniques. Validity test results tha all indicators are valid and reliability test results shows that each variable is reliable. In addition, the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, because it tested more than one independent variable. 摘要

本研究的目的是分析培训对员工绩效的影响;分析激励对员工绩效的影响,分析培训和激励对员工绩效的影响。本研究以从事船舶制造的Utama PT Tegal船厂为研究对象。本研究的人口是30名员工,并使用饱和样本技术,因为人口的所有成员作为样本使用。使用数据收集技术的问卷,包括关于培训、动机和员工表现的陈述。效度检验结果表明各指标均有效,信度检验结果表明各变量均可靠。此外,使用的数据分析技术是多元线性回归,因为它测试了多个自变量。研究结果表明:培训对员工绩效有影响;激励对员工绩效没有影响,培训和激励对员工绩效有影响。
