UML (Unified Modeling Language) is used as an approach for modeling while the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is applied in the best employee assessment application. 摘要

研究目标是设计一个基于web的应用程序,使最佳员工选拔报告过程变得简单快捷;设计一个应用程序,可以根据层次分析法(AHP)计算归一化以确定标准和权重;设计一个应用程序,可以管理最佳员工选拔所需的数据-备选数据。本研究的数据收集阶段包括3个阶段,即;观察、访谈和文献研究。采用UML(统一建模语言)作为建模方法,采用层次分析法(AHP)进行最佳员工评估。本研究的结果可以通过使用PHP和MySQL编程语言实现层次分析法(AHP)来使用最佳员工选择应用程序,从而促进最佳员工的选择速度更快,结果准确。
