摘要

本文利用数据包络分析(DEA)技术的C2R (CCR)模型分析了2000 - 2006年中国各省R&D活动数据,分析了区域R&D服务业技术创新活动从要素投入到科技产出和转化过程的效率。研究结果表明,中国大部分区域R&D服务业在技术创新活动中存在效率不足的问题,但区域间存在显著差异。在整个研发服务业技术创新活动过程中,科技转化阶段是中国研发服务业未来发展的障碍
