In order to utilize the overload capability of battery fully and get a better control performance, the output of battery energy station is dependent on the SOC and its current state. 摘要

风能-光伏-储能混合系统是一种很有前途的风能和太阳能并网方式。本文提出了一种能使混合动力系统高效运行的方案。以混合系统的发电调度曲线和电池的最小充放电次数为目标函数,同时考虑了电池的荷电状态和有功功率变化率。为了充分利用电池的过载能力,获得更好的控制性能,电池能量站的输出依赖于荷电状态及其当前状态。通过SIMULINK中的模型验证了该方案的有效性。
