Wind-photovoltaic-storage system optimal control scheme based on generation scheduling 基于发电调度的风电-光伏-储能系统最优控制方案

Hybrid wind-photovoltaic-storage system is a promising way to integrate grid for wind and solar energy. In this paper, a scheme that can help the hybrid system operate in a high efficient mode is proposed. Generation scheduling curve of the hybrid system and minimum charge-discharge times of battery are taken as objective functions, while the state-of-charge (SOC) of the battery and the change rate of the active power are taken into account in the constraints. In order to utilize the overload capability of battery fully and get a better control performance, the output of battery energy station is dependent on the SOC and its current state. The validity of proposed scheme is illustrated by models in SIMULINK.

Studies on practical Small Signal Stability Region of electrical power systems 电力系统实际小信号稳定域的研究

To give more insights of the low-frequency oscillations, we mainly investigate the dynamical and geometrical properties of boundaries of Small Signal Stability Region (SSSR) composed of Hopf bifurcation points in power injection space. First, we investigate the characteristics of boundaries composed of Hopf bifurcation points in power injection space. By investigating the two-dimensional cross-sections of the boundaries of a typical system, we find the boundaries whose critical oscillation modes have similar frequency are likely symmetrical in geometry. Then, to improve the precision of computing the boundary of SSSR, we investigate the difference of boundaries when considering the saturation of generator, and we find the SSSR becomes a little bigger than not considering the saturation of generator. Based on the result above, we find that the generators are all saturated at the practical boundary of SSSR. So we suggest using the saturated parameters of generator to compute the boundary of SSSR.

A survey of communication technology in distribution network 配电网通信技术综述

With the development of the smart grid technology, power distribution network puts forward a higher request for transmission bandwidth and reliability. First, we analyze the characteristics and the business needs of the distribution network. Then we analyze the distribution network communication technologies, both wired and wireless. Based on our analysis, we should combine various communication technologies according to the comprehensive economic and technical indexes in power distribution automation communication system.

Multi-time scales coordination scheduling of wind power integrated system 风电综合系统多时间尺度协调调度

Coordination method between long-term and short-time generation scheduling of wind power integrated system are proposed. Long-term scheduling mainly solves unit maintenance scheduling and energy allocation among weeks, and short-term scheduling decides unit commitment and hourly power output. In order to cope with the high uncertainty of wind power and load demand, dynamic rolling generation scheduling are implemented weekly based on the updated load and wind power prediction results. A modified IEEE 118-bus system is applied to test the proposed model.

Optimal sizing combination of the micro-sources in a connected microgrid 互联微电网中微源的最优规模组合

This paper builds an optimal sizing combination model on the economic view when a microgrid is connected to the power grid. Considering both the benefits of power grid companies and users, three parts including the inner cost, the environment cost and the compensation cost are served as the objective function. In order to guarantee the reliability of the users when sudden incidents occur to the microgrid, the index ηLPSP (Loss of Power Supply Probability) is especially stipulated as one of constrains, which is calculated in the islanded mode of the microgrid. The major parts of the investment are variable ones, which are closely related to the generation scheduling. So the models of the micro-sources are built and the total generated energy of each year is calculated under the economic power strategy. Finally a numerical example is researched with the heuristic algorithm. So the optimum solution for sizing combination of the micro-sources is got.

Application research base on system engineering for analyzing smart grid standards 基于系统工程的智能电网标准分析应用研究

This paper introduces a new tool for analyze Smart Grid standards, IEC mapping chart. Using it will for the first time allow standard users to connect the subtleties of all relevant standards and identify overlaps and gaps. Result show significant improvement over previous efforts. The work presented here has profound implications for future studies of Smart Grid deployment and may finally solve the problem of organization and prioritization to achieve an interoperable and secure Smart Grid.

An investigation into the impacts of the crucial factors on EVs charging load 关键因素对电动汽车充电负荷的影响研究

Nowadays, the development of electric vehicles (EVs) is encouraged in China to address the issues about the energy security and the environment. In this study, the impacts of some crucial factors on the total charging load are investigated, such as the charging rate of the charging infrastructures, the battery capacity, the preference of the charging behavior and the penetration level of the charging infrastructures in public places. A methodology is presented to estimate the charging load which needs a sample consisting of the charging schedules of a great number of EVs. As the sample isn't available at present, a real-world travel dataset of conventional vehicles is taken advantage of to generate the sample by simulating EVs considering the factors mentioned above. Thereby, the estimations of the charging load corresponding to the different values of the factors are attained, which is used for investigating the impacts of these factors in turn. Some conclusions are: 1) the charging rate of the charging infrastructures in public places has a small impact on the charging load; 2) although the larger battery capacity leads to the larger power demand, the increment is minor; 3) the preference of the charging behavior of the owners influences the charging load significantly.

A study on DC capacitor voltage control strategy of cascade circuit DSTATCOM 级联电路DSTATCOM直流电容电压控制策略研究

The cascade DSTATCOM has been widely used in various DSTATCOM prototypes and projects due to its advantages such as low loss, high efficiency, little harmonic content in output voltage, easy modularization, and so on.However,this kind of DSTATCOM structure contains inherent unbalance capacitor voltage in the DC-link,which may lead to abnormal running of DSTATCOM,especially in the transient process running of DSTATCOM. Traditional DSTATCOM DC-bus voltage control strategy is three-level DC voltage control. However, when the DC capacitor of all the chain of three-phase circuit is lower than the target value, the first level control will firstly lose control function, then finally the voltage will be a serious imbalance. In this case, it cannot be achieved to the network voltage dynamic compensation.

Traditional DSTATCOM DC-bus voltage control strategy is three-level DC voltage control. However, when the DC capacitor of all the chain of three-phase circuit is lower than the target value, the first level control will firstly lose control function, then finally the voltage will be a serious imbalance. Constant voltage control method of DC bus in DG DG直流母线恒压控制方法

Randomness and volatility of distributed generator power have seriously affected its application in power system. To stabilize the DC bus voltage, as well as improve the reliability and quality of power supply of distributed power system, the flywheel energy storage system is connected to the distributed power system. By control of the charge and discharge of flywheel, voltage of the DC bus can remain stable. Besides, design of the control circuit of the flywheel energy storage system and flywheel motor discharge control algorithms and strategies are presented. Simulation of the distributed generation system configured with the flywheel energy storage system is established, validating that the export voltage of distributed power generation systems remains stable when DC load changes, instantaneous and permanent fault occurs on DC bus.
分布式发电机组功率的随机性和波动性严重影响了其在电力系统中的应用。为了稳定直流母线电压,提高分布式电源系统供电的可靠性和质量,将飞轮储能系统接入分布式电源系统。通过控制飞轮的充放电,使直流母线电压保持稳定。给出了飞轮储能系统控制电路的设计和飞轮电机放电控制的算法和策略。建立了配置飞轮储能系统的分布式发电系统仿真,验证了分布式发电系统在直流负荷变化、直流母线发生瞬时和永久性故障时输出电压保持稳定。
