Respondents in the study were all employees of PNM Mekaar Area Batang 2 involving 100 employees. The data analysis technique used is PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Model). The data processing of this research uses the SmartPLS 3.0 tool. This study shows that workload has an effect on employee job satisfaction with a P-Value value of (0.029) and a Path Coefficient value of (0.296). Job stress has an effect on employee job satisfaction with a P-Value value of (0.010) and a Path Coefficient value of (0.358). Job satisfaction has an effect on employee performance with a P-Value value of (0.001) and a Path Coefficient value of (0.334). The workload has no effect on employee performance with a P-Value value of (0.361) and a Path Coefficient value of (0.150). Job stress has no effect on employee performance with a P-Value value of (0.103) and a Path Coefficient value of (0.290). Workload has no effect on employee performance which is mediated by job satisfaction with a P-Value value of (0.082) and a Path Coefficient value of (0.099). 摘要
本研究旨在通过工作满意度这一中介变量,检验和分析工作量和工作压力对PNM梅卡尔地区巴塘二区员工绩效的影响。本研究的调查对象为PNM Mekaar Area Batang 2的所有员工,共涉及100名员工。数据分析采用PLS-SEM(偏最小二乘结构方程模型)。本研究的数据处理使用SmartPLS 3.0工具。本研究表明,工作量对员工工作满意度有影响,p值为(0.029),路径系数为(0.296)。工作压力对员工工作满意度有影响,p值为(0.010),路径系数为(0.358)。工作满意度对员工绩效有影响,p值为(0.001),路径系数为(0.334)。工作量对员工绩效没有影响,p值为(0.361),路径系数为(0.150)。工作压力对员工绩效没有影响,p值为0.103,Path系数为0.290。工作负荷对员工绩效没有影响,工作满意度对员工绩效有中介作用,其p值为(0.082),路径系数为(0.099)。工作压力对员工绩效的影响通过工作满意度来中介,其p值为0.047,路径系数为0.120。
