Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konflik peran ganda, kesempatan pengembangan karir, dan penempatan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Etos Nasional Semarang. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif, populasi dari penelitian ini yaitu seluruh karyawan PT. Etos Nasional Semarang yang berjumlah 240 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Non Probability Sampling dengan jumlah sampel 240 orang. Pengukuran pada penelitian ini menggunakan skala likert yang kemudian diolah dengan alat analisis IBM SPSS Statistics Version 22 menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara konflik peran ganda terhadap kinerja, tidak terdapat pengaruh antara kesempatan pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja, terdapat pengaruh antara penempatan kerja terhadap kinerja. Dapat dilihat pada tabel Summary dengan nilai Adjusted R square 0,061 X 100% = 6,1%

Kinerja karyawan adalah faktor penting bagi perusahaan untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Dan ada banyak faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi Kinerja karyawan diantaranya ialah rasa bosan dan lelah yang dialami oleh karyawan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui seberapa pengaruhnya rasa bosan dan lelah terhadap Kinerja karyawan. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan penyebaran kuesioner melalui google formulir kepada 30 responden sebagai sampelnya. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dan diolah menggunakan software SPSS versi 20.

Harga produk dan promosi merupakan faktor-faktor penting yang dapat meningkatkan keputusan pembelian konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga produk dan promosi terhadap pembelian konsumen di TiktokShop. Sampel dari penelitian ini yaitu 100 orang pengguna TikTokShop di Kota Magelang. Olah data dilakukan dengan menggunakan IBM Statistik 25 dengan uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linear berganda, dan uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil uji yang dilakukan, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa harga produk dan promosi secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen TikTokShop. Pengaruh yang diberikan cukup besar yaitu 74,6%.

Penelitian dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja, persepsi kecelakaan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja pada PT Sekawan Triasa Semarang. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, analisis dokumen, dan penyebaran kuesioner. Metode analisis data dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel non probability sampling yaitu metode sensus dengan jumlah responden 160 karyawan. Analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertama, variabel literasi keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja dengan pengaruh sebesar 10,8%, variabel kedua persepsi kecelakaan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja dengan pengaruh sebesar 46% dan variabel ketiga yaitu motivasi kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja, stress kerja, beban kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT.Bengawan Retail Mandiri di Kabupaten Blora. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT.Bengawan Retail Mandiri Kabupaten Blora dengan sampel 100 karyawan.. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan alat uji statistic. Pengolahan data penelitian ini menggunakan alat bantu IBM SPSS 24. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, stress kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, beban kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Persamaan regresi yang diperoleh Y = 4,680. Disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh positif sebesar 15% terhadap kinerja karyawan, lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh negatif -19,1%, stress kerja memiliki pengaruh negatif 14.5%, beban kerja meiliki pengaruh positif 37% dan kepuasan kerja memliki pengaruh positif sebesar 51%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan didapatkan nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,703 atau 70,3%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel kinerja karyawan dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja, stress kerja, beban kerja dan kepuasan kerja adalah sebesar 70,3%. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 0,297 atau 29,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Perbankan sebagai lembaga keuangan berperan penting dalam pengadaan dana dari pihak yang kelebihan dana dan masyarakat serta menyalurkannya kepada pihak yang membutuhkan. Penyaluran dana pinjaman ini disebut juga dengan istilah lending. Dalam penyaluran dana tersebut terdapat masalah yang bernama Non Performing Loan (NPL), yaitu ketidak mampuan debitur atau Pelanggan harus membayar kembali pinjaman dan bunga dalam waktu yang sudah ditentukan. Tujuan penelitian ini guna menguji pengaruh ROA, CAR, dan LDR terhadap tingkat NPL perbankan BUMN pada tahun 2018-2021. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan data panel yaitu gabungan antara cross section dan time series, dengan menggunakan laporan keuangan pada perbankan BUMN periode 2018 sampai dengan 2021. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ROA berpengaruh terhadap NPL, sedangkan CAR dan LDR tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap NPL.

This study aims to determine the effect of work fatigue, work boredom, workload and work stress on cyberloafing on employees of PT. The Paradise of Indonesian Motorcycles for Operations (Planet Tires) Semarang Residency. This research is using quantitative methods. The data collection method used a saturated sampling technique with a questionnaire. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis method with statistical test tools. Measurements in this study using a Likert scale and data processing in this study using the IBM SPSS 26 tool. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence between work fatigue and work boredom on cyberloafing. Workload and work stress have no effect on cyberloafing, and work fatigue, work boredom, workload and work stress affect cyberloafing simultaneously. The results of testing the coefficient of determination obtained the value of Adjusted R Square of 0.739 or 73.9%. This means that the Cyberloafing variable can be explained by the variables of work fatigue, work boredom, workload and work stress of 73.9%, while the remaining 0.261 or 26.1% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

The problem in this study is that the productivity of technicians decreases due to the result of the service production lead time at PT Nasmoco Kaligawe being longer than the specified target. And the purpose of this study is to analyze how the influence of leadership style, teamwork, and employee loyalty on employee performance at PT Nasmoco Kaligawe. The population of this study were all employees of PT Nasmco Kaligawe, amounting to 110 people. The sampling technique used is a saturated or census sampling technique, which makes the entire population a sample. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Data analysis techniques include validity, reliability, and multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance based on calculations using the SPSS application, the t-test results are 33,893 > t table. teamwork has a significant effect on employee performance. based on calculations using the SPSS application, the results of the t test show t count 1.637 < t table 1.660 which means that the work loyalty variable has no significant effect on the employee performance variable

This study aims to know the influence of employee engagement and job satisfaction on employee performance both partially and simultaneously in telecommunications companies. The method used in this study is quantitative method and uses data analysis techniques, namely descriptive analysis and path analysis. Data collection in this study is by disseminating questionnaires with a six-point likert scale and the number of research statements as many as 52 statements distributed to 227 employees of telecommunications companies in the West Java region. The results showed that employee engagement and job satisfaction have a significant positive influence on employee performance. With a coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.364 or 36.4% showed that employee engagement and job satisfaction were shown to have an influence of 36.4% on employee performance. So that companies that have employees with a good sense of engagement to the company and the needs of employees are met to provide satisfaction for employees, it will be obtained employees who have a high loyalty value and dedicate their time to help the company in achieving its goals.
