However, the resonant oscillation wave high voltage generator uses high-speed bidirectional solid-state switch to interrupt the primary current of the excitation transformer, which will produce large amplitude transient switching overvoltage and overcurrent on the excitation transformer. This paper illustrates the transient switching voltage and current overshoot phenomenon by electromagnetic transient simulaiton, and proposes a optimization method for the switching control method of the resonant oscillation wave high voltage generator. 摘要

XPLE电力电缆广泛应用于城市输电网,其绝缘状态评估通常由供电公司在调试后进行,以确保XPLE电力电缆输电线路的安全可靠。XPLE电力电缆的离线绝缘状态测试技术有很多,但谐振振荡波现场测试因其方便、灵活而成为首选方法。而谐振振荡波高压发生器采用高速双向固态开关中断励磁变压器的一次电流,会在励磁变压器上产生幅值较大的瞬态开关过电压和过流。本文通过电磁暂态仿真说明了瞬态开关电压和电流超调现象,并提出了谐振振荡波高压发生器开关控制方法的优化方法。电磁暂态仿真结果表明,励磁变压器绕组上的暂态开关过电压能得到有效抑制。
