摘要

深度学习在短期负荷预测中发挥着重要作用。将深度学习模型与专家知识相结合,可以进一步提高负荷预测模型的准确性和解释性。在负荷预测理论的指导下,考虑了节假日对日负荷的影响。本文提出了一种利用专家知识的卷积LSTM (ConvLSTM)深度学习模型。仿真结果表明,本文提出的ConvLSTM网络能够更好地捕获时空相关性,并且在负荷预测方面持续优于LSTM网络,特别是在节假日负荷预测方面。
