Human Resources quality must be enhanced through non-formal education by Ambu Seba with Taman Baca Masyarakat (TBM). The existence of Taman Baca Masyarakat as one of the informal educations is expected to help the locals becoming good-quality human resources. The purpose of this study is to identify the role of TBM in improving the quality of human resources, the implementation of the program activities, and the result is improving the quality of Human Resources. The research method used is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Type of case study data was collected through interviews, observation, and documents. 摘要
在提高人力资源素质方面。人力资源质量必须通过Ambu Seba与Taman Baca Masyarakat (TBM)的非正规教育来提高。Taman Baca Masyarakat作为一种非正式教育的存在,有望帮助当地人成为优质的人力资源。本研究的目的是确定TBM在提高人力资源质量方面的作用,实施计划活动,结果是提高人力资源质量。使用的研究方法是描述性方法与定性方法。案例研究类型的数据是通过访谈、观察和文件收集的。本研究结果显示,Ambu Seba的Taman Baca Masyarakat在提高人力资源质量方面具有四种作用,即促进者、激励者、本地学习源和自我完善源。
