Sexual violence against women is a social problem that cannot be avoided. The policy of UPT PPA as a provider of protection services for women victims of sexual violence and empowerment carried out by UPT PPA Makassar is through training. This paper aims to identify forms of sexual violence against women, describe the implementation of women's empowerment for victims of sexual violence and measure the success rate of women's empowerment programs. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, the data used in the form of empirical data and obtained through observations and interviews and accompanied by the results of documentation. The results showed that victims of sexual violence against women there were forms of violence, namely rape and sexual harassment. Therefore, the efforts made by UPT PPA Makassar help victims so that they gradually recover and improve psychologically. Victims of sexual violence after receiving recovery can be empowered with sewing training and show their identity as women and can change economic conditions so that women can empower themselves and be more independent.

This study aims to determine the work steps, obstacles and results of Community Economic Empowerment in PD. Ar-Rahmah. This study uses a qualitative approach with the method used is descriptive method. The results of the study show the work steps for empowering the community's economy carried out by PD. Ar-Rahmah, namely by providing motivation to work and providing directions for work steps to be more independent, as well as providing many new innovations for the progress of the PD tea leaf factory. The problem of poverty is a complex problem in Indonesia and is correlated with economic inequality so that there will be a gap between the rich and the poor. This gap is felt in the vulnerable group of micro business actors so that it is difficult to borrow capital from banks and will lead to moneylenders. This research was conducted to reveal the process, program and results of the Bojongrangkas Village Microfinance Baznas (BMD) program in empowering the mustahiq economy. The use of descriptive research used in this study is expected to be able to produce maximum or adequate data through data collection by observation, interviews, documentation. The data analysis technique was carried out by means of data reduction, data presentation, verification and drawing conclusions through a qualitative approach. The results showed that the Bojongrangkas Village Microfinance Baznas (BMD) program in empowering the mustahiq economy in the form of providing capital financing, coaching in the form of training, mentoring to develop businesses and social spiritual aspects through donations. The implementation process goes through several stages starting from the BMFi implementation stage, namely need assessment, HR recruitment and training, program funds, mentoring and monev. That way the perceived output can grow, develop and have business blessings through a culture of giving towards the welfare of the community.

This report aims to know process of waste management in Bank Sampah Induk in Cimahi to programming and producing of impowerment by effort improved community prosperity. This is a qualitative research and description method. Results of research evinced that impowerment from Bank Sampah Induk Cimahi can improved community prosperity. Impowerment process is meant socialisation, education, management waste training, monitor, and evaluation. Impowerment waste can reduce rubbish that throw away to garbage landfill and improve community awareness about waste management. This is achieved by good connection of community role and government to problem solving waste in Cimahi.

The problems that are still not well mapped are related to poverty. Poverty experienced by the community affects the welfare of family life. The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the program launched by the Family Hope Program, the process of implementing the Family Hope Program, and the results of empowering underprivileged families through the Family Hope Program in Bongas Kulon Village. This research is a qualitative research using descriptive method. The results of his research are the empowerment program for underprivileged families through disbursement of social assistance funds and Family Capacity Building Meetings (P2K2). The implementation of the Family Hope Program goes through several stages, namely the preparation, implementation, evaluation and termination stages. In addition, the results of empowering underprivileged families can be viewed from health aspects in early childhood, educational aspects, and social welfare aspects for the elderly in accessing education and health facilities.

The economic crisis caused by the Covid-19 pandemic has had an impact on the continuity of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The financing programs offered by banks and the government have not been fully accessible to all business actors, so people are interested in applying for capital to loan sharks. Thus, bank bjb issued the BJB Mesra program in order to prevent people from being entrapment of loan sharks. This study aims to explain the BJB Mesra program in improving community welfare including planning, implementing and impacting the program. The research method used is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach because it produces data that can be observed empirically. Robert Chambers' Theory of Empowerment suggests that empowerment is a concept of economic development that summarizes social values. The results showed that the BJB Mesra program is a capital cost assistance to the community around the house of worship. This program is an initiation from the Governor of West Java in order to realize the West Java Champion of Inner Birth. The implementation of this program consists of submission, training and selection, administrative process, second training, analysis process, decision process, disbursement and assistance. The impact of this program can be felt directly by the community, especially in reducing poverty due to the entanglement of loan sharks.

Based on the results of the study, the Bandung City Spatial Planning Service carried out social service programs according to their functions, namely planning, utilization, monitoring and control, as well as carrying out funeral services for victims of COVID-19 exposure. Cianjur acts as a facilitator who presents solutions to waste problems by creating innovations in waste management and making waste as a business opportunity in empowering the community. The purpose of this study was to determine the program, process, and results obtained by the Primary Waste Management Cooperative (PKPS) Kab. Cianjur in empowering the community. The method used in this study is a descriptive method, with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Based on the results of the research PKPS Kab. Cianjur has been able to overcome waste problems through several programs, namely organic waste sorting, maggot cultivation, socialization/controlling, and organic waste management training/workshops to waste banks TPS 3R. The PKPS process in empowering the community goes through 4 stages, namely planning, reflection, implementation, and evaluation. Cooperatives exist as a solution for the welfare of the community. KSPP BMT Barrah is a concrete form of institution that helps in improving the community's economy. The purpose of this study is to determine the program, implementation and impact felt by members or customers who have collaborated with KSPP BMT Barrah, Cimahi City Branch. The method used is descriptive qualitative method, and uses an interpretive paradigm. The research results show that: first, the program provided by KSPP BMT Barrah is specifically for members or customers with the aim of improving the economy. Second, the implementation of cooperation programs carried out by members or customers can be carried out because they use simple procedures. Third, the impact felt by members or customers is different, this happens because in the process of managing business capital it depends on the members or customers themselves in managing, but there are similarities, namely members or customers are greatly helped by collaborating with KSPP BMT Barrah.
