摘要

针对啤酒发酵过程中温度控制的特点,提出了在啤酒发酵过程控制中采用模糊预测控制算法对不可识别自适应算法进行改进的思路。提出了温度曲线控制的特殊方法,并结合实际应用设计了详细的数据,解决了工业过程具有时滞、不确定性、强惯性的控制问题。系统的实际运行效果表明,该算法具有良好的适应性、灵活性和效果。
