摘要

低碳电力是中国可持续发展的关键问题之一。虽然“十二五”期间电力结构调整和非化石能源发展取得较大进展,但化石能源发电与非化石能源发电协调发展仍存在一些突出问题。因此,本文在分析中国电力供需现状和未来发展趋势的基础上,首先构建资源综合战略规划(IRSP)模型,然后对2016 - 2035年中国化石能源发电和非化石能源发电的发展进行研究;最后结合研究结果和现状,提出了相关建议。
