The research considers the following tasks: recognition of dispatcher commands and automation of the process of forming dispatcher voice commands. The article proposes an approach to the classi cation of dispatcher commands and creates an algorithm for forming commands for the control system. The article provides an overview of the text processing and speech recognition systems used in the article. An approach to solving the problem of classifying dispatcher commands in conditions of a limited amount of data. The article also presents a block diagram of an intelligent system. Within the framework of this scheme, the algorithms for classifying the text into: «Information», «Command», «Order».
