The article provides an overview of the text processing and speech recognition systems used in the article. An approach to solving the problem of classifying dispatcher commands in conditions of a limited amount of data. The article also presents a block diagram of an intelligent system. Within the framework of this scheme, the algorithms for classifying the text into: «Information», «Command», «Order».
