摘要

考虑电力系统操作员启发式思想,结合潮流计算,利用CLIPS软件开发了一个原型专家系统。提取系统运行的事实和规则,目的是快速找到所有可用的恢复计划,帮助运营商快速做出判断,在不超载的情况下恢复供电。除系统恢复规则外,还包括拓扑识别规则和搜索规则。该系统已应用于埃及开罗地区66KV输电网络的一部分。
