摘要

一例罕见的先天性合并缺乏因子V(14%)和因子VIII(30%)在我们的文献中首次被描述。一名九岁女孩因牙龈增生和发炎而夜间出血而入院。临床表现为轻度，与凝血检查结果一致。在替代疗法下，拔牙顺利，无并发症。
