Development and implementation of the mentoring program at university in the context of the social creativity formation among students

В статье рассмотрены современные нормативные требования к организации воспитательной работы в учреждениях высшего образования. Описан опыт по разработке и реализации воспитательной программы на базе Института педагогики и психологии Костромского государственного университета. Обозначены потенциалы формирования социальной креативности студентов. Описаны подходы к определению направлений и событийной структуры воспитательной программы вуза. Приведены критерии, показатели и методы, с помощью которых оценивается эффективность реализованной программы. The article deals with modern regulatory requirements for the organization of mentoring work in educational institutions of higher education, and provides a description of the mentoring program development and implementation in the Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology at Kostroma State University. The author indicates the potentials of the social creativity development among university students; describes approaches to the direction definitions and event structure of the university mentoring program, gives criteria, indicators and methods for evaluating the effectiveness of the program implementation.
