Материалом исследования стали тексты судебных отчетов на основе решения судов Великобритании. Применяя методы анализа, синтеза, сопоставления и дискурсивного анализа, автор рассматривает семантические особенности придаточных конструкций с союзом if и обосновывает риторические (дискурсивные) функции данных конструкций в письменном судебном дискурсе. Такие конструкции вводят: 1) пропозициональные ответы на вопросы, связанные с толкованием юридических норм; 2) цитирование; 3) расширение ситуации. Предложенная классификация указывает на свойственную судебному дискурсу внутреннюю диалогичность. Таким образом, указанные функции конструкций демонстрируют, как юридический контекст преобразуется в процесс дискурсивного взаимодействия автора и косвенных (подразумеваемых) участников анализируемой в судебном деле ситуации. Рассмотренные конструкции также являются средствами проспективного взаимодействия автора и читателя текста. Предложенный автором подход объединяет синтаксический и прагматический уровни функционирования судебного дискурса, что позволяет получить более полное представление о лингвопрагматических характеристиках письменного судебного дискурса.\u0000 The paper aims to demonstrate inner dialogical nature of the written English judicial discourse using the analysis of the semantic and functional role of if-clauses in the context of law reports. To that end the author invokes the methods of linguistic analysis and synthesis, comparative method and means of discourse analysis and reveals that the rhetorical functions of if-clauses can be divided into the following: 1) they support and introduce propositional answers to the questions regarding legal construction and interpretation; 2) they are part of citations; 3) modification (extension) of the situation in question. These functions appear to be the determinants of the inherent dialogical nature of written judicial discourse. In other words, if-clauses allow for the transformation of the existing legal context into a discursive process maintained by the writer, the reader and the relevant (implied) parties. Thus, the author asserts that the rhetorical model of law reports is that of an inner dialogue. By accepting this model we also accept that the writer of the text expresses their rhetorical aims and achieves them using various linguistic means. Those means build up the discursive interaction within the written judicial discourse which is translated by means of prospection and distancing. Рассматривается особенность рассказов для детей и подростков, анализируется художественная поэтика в творчестве писателя с точки зрения содержания, темы и языка. Особое внимание уделено созданию художественной реальности, которая транслирует вполне достоверные особенности характеров, ситуаций и явлений современного мира. Новизна проведенного исследования заключается в попытке постижения внутренних закономерностей прозы Н. Дашевской для детей и подростков, исследовать которые возможно через последовательный и систематический анализ поэтики. Делается вывод, что рассказы Н. Дашевской могут помогать детям и подросткам стать более устойчивыми и эффективно решать проблемы, с которыми они сталкиваются по мере взросления. The author considers the peculiarities of stories for children and adolescents, analyzes the artistic poetics in the creative work of the writer from the point of view of content, theme and language. The special attention is given to the creation of artistic reality, which conveys quite authentic features of characters, situations and phenomena of the modern world. The novelty of the study is in the attempt to comprehend the internal regularities of N. Dashevskaya's prose for children and adolescents which can be explored through a coherent and systematic analysis of poetics. The conclusion is that N. Возможность объединения ситуаций в большую структуру обеспечивает когерентность представляющей ситуацию текстуальной группы. Прагматическая природа когерентности подразумевает наличие имплицитных прагматических дополнений между предложениями, связывающих предложения в когерентное целое. Источником прагматических дополнений служат знания, моделью которых является пирамида когерентности. В ней выделены релевантные для формирования когерентности области знаний, находящихся в пределах текста (внешняя область) и за его пределами (внутренняя область), и нерелевантная для создания когерентности область знаний.\u0000 The problem considered in the article lies in the formalization of semantic relations within a textual group providing its coherence. The possibility of the combining the situation into the larger structure correlates with the coherence of the textual group represented this situation. The pragmatic nature of the coherence implies the unarticulated pragmatic additions between the sentences uniting them into the whole. The source of the pragmatic additions is a system of the knowledge modeling as a pyramid of coherence. One can highlight two areas of the knowledge – relevant and irrelevant for coherence. В этой связи рассматриваются лексические классы существительных, выступающие в предложно-именных и беспредложно-именных группах со значением времени. Авторами выделяются явления, общие в использовании восьми номинативных групп с обстоятельственными функциями времени в народной лирике и диалектной речи, и специфические черты, обусловленные обработкой фольклорно-языкового строя под эстетическим углом зрения и своеобразием этой обработки; определяется роль обстоятельств времени в формировании художественной структуры песенно-стихотворного и диалектного текста.\u0000 This article analyzes the semantics and structure of the time circumstances in folk lyrics and dialect speech. In this regard, the lexical classes of nouns that appear in prepositional-nominal and non-prepositional-nominal groups with the meaning of time are considered, because the choice of one or another case form often depends on the lexical class of words. Объектом анализа становится отобранная автором в современной речевой практике совокупность устойчиво воспроизводимых сверхсловных единиц с компонентом блокадный, являющихся вербализаторами национально-специфичного концепта «Блокада». Вновь образующиеся единицы свидетельствуют об изменении структуры концепта и возрастании его специфичности. Отмечается, что большая часть рассмотренных единиц образуется по устойчивой модели. Особое внимание уделено вопросу вариативности в области фразеологии.\u0000 The article focuses on the problems of phraseologization as the inclusion of supra-word expressions into usage. The object of analysis is supra-word set units with the blokadnyi (blockade) component, which are verbalizers of the national specific concept \"Blockade\", selected by the author in modern speech practice. The newly formed units testify to a change in the concept structure and an increase in its specificity. The author highlights that the majority of the considered units are formed according to a stable model. Валиуллина «Соло на одной клавише». Задачи исследования: выделить метафоры со сферой-источником «Музыка» в романе Р. Валиуллина «Соло на одной клавише»; определить основные метафорические модели, проанализировав их с использованием фреймо-слотовой концепции и метода исследования структуры метафорических моделей Е. Б. Рябых; привести количественные данные исследуемых метафор, отметив наиболее частотные модели; охарактеризовать специфику употребления сферы-источника «Музыка» исследуемых метафор; объяснить роль метафор со сферой- источником «Музыка» в сюжете романа Р. Валиуллина «Соло на одной клавише». Исследование проведено с использованием как традиционных методов когнитивной лингвистики (метафорического моделирования, когнитивного и контекстуального анализа), так и метода исследования структуры метафорических моделей предложенного и разработанного Е. Б. Рябых. В результате были получены следующие выводы. Во-первых, в метафорах романа Р. Валиуллина «Соло на одной клавише» через сферу-источник «Музыка» наиболее продуктивно представлен мир человека. Меньшей частотностью наделяются метафоры неодушевленных предметов. Природоморфные метафоры отражены в единичных примерах. При этом в сфере-источнике «Музыка» часто встречается музыкальная терминология и аллюзивные вкрапления. Во-вторых, было обнаружено, что в исследуемом романе метафоры со сферой-источником «Музыка» относятся чаще всего к монометафорической модели, выступая как некие штрихи, которые лишь подчеркивают эстетическую значимость людей, неодушевленных предметов и природы. Полиметафорические инкорпорирующие и коррелятивные модели не многочисленны, но они создают оригинальные и объемные метафорические образы. Как монометафорические, так и полиметафорические модели могут быть двухслойными и цепными.\u0000 The purpose of this article is to study metaphors with the source sphere \"Music\" and the features of their structure in R. Valiullin's novel \"Solo on one key\". Research objectives: to identify metaphors with the source sphere \"Music\" in R. Valiullin's novel \"Solo on one key\"; define the main metaphorical models by applying the frame-slot concept and the method for studying the structure of metaphorical models by E. B. Ryabykh; provide quantitative data of the metaphors, pointing to the most frequent models; characterize the specifics of using the source sphere \"Music\" for the metaphors under study; explain the role of metaphors with the source sphere \"Music\" in the plot of R. Valiullin's novel \"Solo on one key\". The study was conducted using both traditional methods of cognitive linguistics (metaphorical modeling, cognitive and contextual analysis) and the method of studying the structure of metaphorical models by E.
