More specifically, based on the principle that it is necessary to evaluate in order to make a decision about which technologies should be incorporated into the built environment, a model for sustainability management in the building is proposed,reaching the cities. To exemplify the application of the ESA - Building Model, carried out according to a three-dimensional interrelationship, in view of the three dimensions of sustainability, building was used in a hypothetical urban context, and fictitious indicators for three scenarios.
