摘要

本研究旨在检验工作投入和创新工作行为对组织绩效的影响。研究还旨在检验分配公平感的调节作用,以及创新工作行为在这些关系中的中介作用。数据收集自公共部门组织的208名雇员。多元回归使用MODPROBE和PROCESS宏来验证假设。研究结果表明,工作投入对创新工作行为和组织绩效具有正向影响。此外,还验证了创新工作行为的中介作用和分配公平感的调节作用。研究仅限于公共部门组织。因此,需要更多的研究来推广其他情况下的结果。在残酷的竞争中,管理者可以通过员工的创新工作行为获得竞争优势。
