摘要

本研究的主要重点是人力资源开发,其中包括:科学开发(正规教育)培训教育和培训开发(非正规教育)培训教育和培训管理,以及技术培训领域的领导教育和培训,然后转移突变以及职业发展的促进。根据研究结果表明,在正规教育范围内的增加,东加里曼丹省海洋和渔业厅已经做得很好,在发展(教育和培训/非正规)方面,只有在教育和培训领域的领导能力还没有得到充分的落实。
