This article describes the Implementation of the Personnel Management Information System (SIMPEG) at the Regional Education and Training Personnel Board. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection through observation, documentation, and interviews. This study uses data analysis developed interactive data. The results showed that the implementation of SIMPEG in BKPPD was not optimal. This is because the implementation of socialization was not effective, human resources were less competent, the level of commitment held by BKPPD employees was still low, and there was no SOP in implementing SIMPEG.Keywords: implementation, public policy, information systems, staffing

The purpose of this study is to describe youth participation in the development of tourism villages in Pampang Cultural Village, Samarinda City. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach. Analysis of the data used in this study is the analysis of interactive model data. The results showed that the participation of youth in the development of a tourist village in Pampang Budaya Village was demonstrated by active participation in providing input, implementation, and implementation such as performing traditional dances, making handicrafts and mutual assistance as well as participating in enjoying the results and participating in evaluating the development of tourist villages.Keywords: Participation, Youth, The Village Tourist

The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of the village movement program (Gerdema) in the Village Island Cow District Mentarang Malinau District. This research method using explorative method with inductive approach. To obtain data of the researcher using data source in the form of person, place, and paper. Data collection techniques that the author uses are observation, interviews, and documentation. To answer and express the problems to the phenomenon that occurs the researcher uses data analysis in the form of data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The result of the research shows that the implementation of Gerdema program in Cow Village Village of Mentarang Sub-district is not yet fully effective. It can be seen from the effectiveness indicator that is obtained by the researcher that is the success of the program, the success of the target, the satisfaction of the program, the level of input and output, and the achievement of the objective still not enough. This type of research is descriptive with qualitative approach. Drawing conclutions based on the data were processed using data analysis interactive model. Based on the results of this study concluded that the competence development of the personel in the Department of Marine and Fisheries, East Kalimantan Province which is implemented through education and technical training, education and leadership training, career development and adds yet optimal work experience carried out but benefits have been felt able to improve employee performance. This article describe and analyze the evaluation of West Kutai District Regulation No. 08 Year 2008 on Organization and Work Procedure In the District of Kutai Barat and explain the factors supporting and inhibiting. This study focused on the effectiveness organiasasi, organizational efficiency, organizational performance, and justice organizations. This study is qualitative descriptive. Data was obtained through interviews, observation and document, and then analyzed using an interactive model. The results of the study explained that the effectiveness of the organizational structure, less equally effective in the tasks and functions of planning. Qualitative method with descriptive approach used in this study. The research findings show that the challenges of implementing PNPM Mandiri are described from internal and external aspects. This paper aims to describe how the construction of the city in the city of Samarinda in the management of ex-mine holes in Samarinda's Loa Buah Village. This study uses descriptive qualitative research with an interactive data analysis model. Data collection is done through field observations and interviews with key informants. The results of the study showed that the arrangement of the cities that were trapped in the mine pit had not run optimally due to the impact of mining activities, land compensation and lack of socialization from the Samarinda City government.Keyword: city development management, urban planning, mine pit.
