This study proposes the Volunteer Management System for the Taichung Volunteer Service Promotion Center, which is a volunteer service exerciser, with better user interface designs and browser compatibility, when compared to the VSIIS. The proposed system works independently and can export data to the VSIIS for reporting to the MOHW. The system is built with the Java EE and other open technologies, and its source codes are open to the public.
