The REBA scores are obtained according to the body radian of working posture, and the RMR values are obtained from REBA scores. According to the basic body data of the operating nurse and the continuous working time, the fatigue load of the nurse is quantified. Based on the quantification of nurse fatigue, this paper constructs an operating nurse scheduling model and uses lingo software to solve it. Finally, the effectiveness of the model is verified through a case study from M Hospital in Sichuan Province. Research on Operating Nurse Assignment Based on Fatigue Quantification
