The guarantee of non-discriminatory harassment is one of the separate instruments of anti-discrimination law. According to its formal structure, it represents a special form of prohibition of direct discrimination. The paper is written by the method from general to individual. In addition to the theoretical (where we explained the concept of sexual violence and the concrete differences between gender and sexual harassment) and comparative review. The positive legal definition of the guarantee of prohibition of sexual harassment is especially presented.
