摘要

本文综述了砷化铟多元素CID光电探测器在多通道光谱和基于fpa的红外热成像中的特点。结果表明,在该探测器基础上实现的短波窄带红外热像仪和宽带光谱仪能够全面解决上述科学技术领域所固有的问题。
