Spiral optical domain walls and rotating topological solitons in active optical cavity
We show numerically that active optical cavity with mixed parametric and laser gain can support formation of extended spiral optical domain walls and new type of cavity solitons whose topological structure is similar to that of Néel defect in ferromagnetics and liquid crystals.
