摘要

目的:本研究的总体目的是设计一个基于血小板血液特性检测应用的信息系统,通过血液分析仪(HA)和外周血涂片(SADT)检测振动增加的任何变化,利用“血摇机”来增加振动对血小板的影响。方法:本研究采用的方法是在“摇血机”上设计一个基于应用程序的系统,从血小板数量和形态两方面测试振动的增加对血液质量变化的影响。结果:10 Hz振动15分钟后,红细胞和血小板形态发生显著变化,红细胞和血小板的质量也发生了变化。结论:10 Hz振动前后红细胞形态变化有显著性差异,p值为0.014;10 Hz振动前后血小板形态变化有显著性差异,p值为0.000。
