In armed conflicts, innocent people are often the victims of violence and brutality. War not only destroys infrastructure and the environment, but also destroys human morals and ethics. However, there are several humanitarian principles that must be upheld. These principles are set out in the Geneva Conventions and Additional Protocols, which form the basis of international humanitarian law. However, in reality there are still many countries that violate these principles. Violence and abuse against civilians, prisoners of war, and the injured continue to occur in many conflicts around the world. Nurse is a health profession that has an important role in war. They work on the front lines to provide medical care to victims of conflict, including military troops, prisoners of war, and civilians injured or sick as a result of the conflict. Nurses performed a variety of tasks during war, including treating patients with gun wounds, preparing medical equipment, taking blood samples for diagnosis, and providing psychological assistance to patients traumatized by the conflict. In the history of Islam and world civilization, many wars occurred during the time of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). Siti Rufaidah was one of the well-known nurse figures at that time and was often present in providing medical assistance to war victims. One of the proofs of her patentability in the world of nursing is during the Khandaq war. Siti Rufaidah at that time treated Sa'ad bin Muadz who was injured by an arrow until his condition stabilized and improved. The presence of Siti Rufaidah has had a huge impact on the development of the nursing profession in the Islamic world, and even today. She is a role model for Muslim nurses around the world.

Introduction : Many health problems of adolescents cause a decline in their quality of life, including reproductive-related problems such as anemia, malnutrition, and obesity. Chronic nutritional dysfunction among adolescents has raised concerns since it may lead to stunting. Objective :This study examines the correlation between nutritional status and lifestyle (including habitual patterns of diet, exercises, and use of insecticides or mosquito repellent, consumption of Fe tablets and folic acid) and reproduction quality (including ages, menarche, menstrual cycle, PMS score, and length and length and severity of dysmenorrhea). Method : We used an analytic survey method with a cross-sectional study design. The population was young women aged 16-24 years, with a total of 80 people. Result : Data were not normally distributed or homogeneous; we used a non-parametric approach with the Spearman correlation test α = 0.05. The chi-square test resulted in a Sig value of 0.292 > 0.05, and the Spearman Rank correlation test results in Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.152 or a Sig (2-tailed) value of 0.152 > 0.05. Conclusion : The results indicate that the reproductive quality of adolescents is multifactorial. The nutritional status and lifestyle of adolescents are only part of the factors determining the optimization of reproductive function.

Introduction: The postpartum period is a period of recovery of the uterine organs as before pregnancy, the recovery time is around 6-8 weeks. Physical and mental changes will experience different changes that can disrupt daily activities. Several types of complications that may occur include physical, mental and emotional problems, for example fatigue, decreased sexual relations, anxiety, constipation, breastfeeding problems, sleep disorders, bleeding and difficulty urinating. Objective: The aim of this research was to determine the effect of E-FAS on the knowledge of postpartum mothers at the Khasanah Panumbangan Clinic. Method: This research design uses the Quasy experimental method with pretest and posttest. This research design takes the form of a non-equivalent control group design. The research subjects were 30 postpartum mothers at the Khasanah Clinic, Panumbangan District, Ciamis Regency. This research instrument uses a questionnaire to determine the knowledge of postpartum mothers. Data analysis used the Wilcoxon Test to see the effect of E-FAS on increasing the knowledge of postpartum mothers. Result: the results of statistical analysis with an average ranking value of 10.50 while the number of positive rankings or sum of rank was 210. There were 10 people with the same score before being given E FAS and after being given E FAS. The Wilcoxon test obtained a p value of 0.000 (<0.005) so it can be concluded that there is an influence of E FAS on the knowledge of postpartum mothers at the Khasanah Clinic, Panumbangan District. Conclusion: E-FAS can be used as a medium for health information, especially in midwifery care after childbirth and breastfeeding.

The elderly can experience a decrease in cognitive function because the body functions of the elderly also tend to decrease. Cognitive disorders in the elderly can interfere with and affect the behavior or activities of the elderly. The role of nurses is very important to provide interventions that can improve the cognitive function of the elderly. Non-pharmacological efforts are needed to overcome cognitive function problems in the elderly, one of which is through puzzle therapy. Puzzles in the form of pictures in the form of small pieces to hone intelligence, lead to patience, introduce the ability to share, and are a fun way to train the brain, especially for the elderly. This research method is a case study method with a nursing care approach to the elderly aged 80 years, the MMSE and SPSMQ questionnaires are used to assess cognitive and intellectual development in the elderly. The results showed that the application of puzzle therapy which had been carried out for 6 meetings with an intensity of 1x20 minutes per day showed an improvement in the results of the MMSE and SPSMQ scores, in other words there was an increase in cognitive and intellectual function in the elderly. For maximum results, puzzle preparation exercises should be carried out regularly and can be done together in nursing homes so that the elderly are more motivated and more enthusiastic.
