The article deals with research and testing of an appropriate RFID tag (Radio Frequency Identification) designated for automotive components and design of using the RFID based automatic item identification in the logistics and production process. 摘要

自动识别技术开始越来越多地应用于各个部门和工业分支;很明显说明如在[1]、[2]、[3]、[4]、[5],[6],[7],[8],[9],[25]。产品、货物、托盘、运输物料的识别构成了工艺过程自动化的内在基础。自动识别工具不仅可以实现唯一识别,还可以实现被识别物品的本地化、易于推导和可追溯性,以及在各种产品中验证工艺程序和符合标准和质量[33]。本文研究和测试了一种适用于汽车零部件的RFID标签,并设计了在物流和生产过程中使用基于RFID的自动物品识别技术。在完成测试的基础上,选择合适的RFID标签,以满足自动识别特殊汽车部件的特定确定要求。
