摘要

加速退化试验在高可靠性产品寿命分布预测中有着广泛的应用。通过优化加速退化试验的实验设计,可以提高估计的精度。然而,分析方法的复杂性阻碍了优化算法的广泛应用。本文提出了一种基于蒙特卡罗模拟和多目标遗传算法的两步优化加速退化试验方法,其中退化率服从对数正态分布。最后通过数值算例对该方法进行了说明。仿真和灵敏度分析结果表明,优化后的样本分配比例与随机测量误差密切相关。
