It presents the experimental installation design scheme to study heat transfer and sedimentation in the aviation engine oils at their forced convection without and with the electrostatic fields influence. Working sections schemes with one and three pairs of coaxial working needles are shown. Technique for conducting comprehensive experiments was developed. For the first time, influence of the transverse electrostatic fields on the heat transfer and sedimentation in the engine oils during their forced convection was studied. The proposed installation allows experiments not only with the aviation engine oils, but also with the liquid hydrocarbon fuels and their mixtures.
