The sample of the study consisted of mothers who met the research criteria and had at least one child between the ages of 0-5 who applied to 5 Family Health Centers in the city center of Erzincan in Turkey between the dates of the research. The study was completed with a total of 128 mothers (64 control, 64 experimental groups). \nResults: It was found that mothers' mean scores from the maternal self-efficacy scale for preventing early childhood diarrhea after education were higher than their mean scores before education. 摘要

目的:探讨“非功能性实践与预防幼儿腹泻”教育对母亲非功能性托儿实践和母亲预防幼儿腹泻自我效能的影响。材料-方法:采用前测后测准实验模型,并设对照组。该研究的样本包括符合研究标准的母亲,她们至少有一个0-5岁的孩子,她们在研究日期之间向土耳其Erzincan市中心的5个家庭健康中心提出申请。该研究共对128名母亲(64名对照组,64名实验组)进行了研究。结果:教育后母亲预防幼儿腹泻自我效能感量表平均得分高于教育前的平均得分。经过培训后,确定母亲照顾儿童的非功能性做法普遍减少。结论:教育减少了幼儿保育的非功能性行为,提高了母亲预防幼儿腹泻的自我效能感。
