摘要

研究了新型壳聚糖季铵衍生物四甲基脲硫代氨基脲-羧甲基壳聚糖(CMC)的合成及四甲基脲硫代氨基脲/聚乙烯醇共混溶液的静电纺丝工艺。利用傅里叶变换红外光谱分析和扫描电镜观察了纳米纤维的化学结构和形貌。结果表明,制备的纳米纤维可能是组织工程领域的新候选材料。
