摘要

目的:从肠道菌群的角度探讨石痹散治疗肝硬化腹水的作用机制和疗效,为临床研究提供新思路。方法:检索PubMed、CNKI、万方、Wipu中文期刊数据库,收集SPS治疗肝硬化腹水的随机对照试验,提取相关数据,汇总分析肠道菌群与肝硬化腹水的关系。结果:肠道菌群紊乱可导致肝硬化腹水,应用SPS治疗肝硬化腹水疗效良好,且SPS在改善肠道菌群状态、增加菌群丰度、抑制致病菌生长等方面具有积极作用。结论:SPS治疗肝硬化腹水具有良好的远期疗效,但其副作用及给药标准在临床实践中尚未得到广泛研究。
